"My wife and I stayed here with our two small children and absolutely loved it. The house was clean and comfortable and the host was extremely thoughtful and responsive. And the view of the water from the living room was gorgeous! We definitely want to stay here again in the future. The location is also great. "It’s an older motel, slightly rundown, slightly shabby. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The neighborhood was safe and the location was very convenient to a nearby expressway. It was easy to get into Providence RI. There’s a nearby family restaurant with decent food and friendly service. We knew going in that it would not be fancy. We got what we paid for. "

"The staff was great, the property not so much. Bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder, and the bathroom sink had no stopper to allow filling the sink to shave. The listing did not have the address or phone number for the property nor did it include directions to get there ."

"This property was extremely disappointing. I know they are working on updating free property but the rugs were stained. The towels were STAINED. I expect nice clean non stained towels. I asked for a no smoking room a d I believe it was an old smoking room by the door where people smoke."
