"This is the most interesting location we have stayed due to the age of the home and amount of property. It was like stepping back in time with modern amenities. We used this as our home base to visit Stirling, Edinburgh, and Glasgow. It worked out well. If looking to get away from the business and noise of the city, it would be a good spot to relax and enjoy the property."

"Fantastic cottage, well equipped with very comfy large sofa and beds with quality bedding. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any queries/requests. Excellent set up and plenty space for family get togethers. Location was perfect too. Almost 20-30 mins away from most places of interest in the area. A welcome pack of fresh bread, butter, milk, shortbread, fruit and chocolates were very much appreciated. There were also little cases of flowers throughout which was really lovely. "Great base to explore surrounding area.Might be useful to note that one of the double bedrooms is accessed through a smaller bedroom with two single beds meaning guests have to walk through.Otherwise great place to stay"
