"The host is the most wonderful person. Her kindness alone is the reason to choose this place. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). When she saw the amount of luggage i had, she even gave me a bigger room. She prepared an early breakfast for me to accommodate my schedule. She is really a fantastic host. The place itslef is very comfortable, very clean, and very convenient. When in Pucon, it is definitely the place to go to!"

"I need pay extra fee, after pay my stay. The elevator is broken , my room is in 4th floor, I need use the stairs. The phone in my room no working, when I need something I need going down stair all the time"

"Spent a week at Vientios del Sur and and was happy with everything, especially the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and it is in a great location, within easy walking distance of everything in central Pucón."
