BRIGHT APARTMENT IN THE CENTER - THE RESTORATION APARTMENT

Bright and welcoming renovated and newly furnished studio apartment, located in the heart of the historic centre, in a quiet area but full of bars and restaurants.

Located on the second and top floor, you enter from the entrance/hallway which leads on one side to the bathroom complete with accessories, towels and courtesy kit and on the other to the large single room where we find the complete kitchen and a wall unit which with two simple moves transform the living room into a bedroom with 4 beds (double + 2 singles) with wooden slats and orthopedic mattress.

The fantastic wooden balcony overlooks a very quiet street considering the very central area; which thanks to its excellent exposure can be enjoyed from the early morning sun.

We are a stone's throw from via Roma and piazza Galimberti where our guests will have the opportunity to stroll and shop along the shopping streets, appreciate and buy the products of local artisans, taste the typical local products and be at the center of numerous events proposed by the City of Cuneo.

The ancient fireplace, the wooden balcony and the numerous ancient details, combined with the new design elements, give history and hospitality to our guests.

A short distance from the structure our guests will find themselves immersed in our historical heritage, moving a few hundred meters they will instead have the possibility of accessing the "Parco Fluviale" and giving free rein to naturalistic activities such as trekking routes, cycle tourism, walks naturalistic and much more; moreover, the famous ski areas of Limone Piemonte, Artesina and Prato Nevoso can be easily reached in a few tens of minutes, for all winter sports lovers who however want to indulge in the taste of a stay in the historic center of Cuneo.

There is a paid covered car park 50 meters from the property.

CHECK IN:
Check-in is done in person, therefore it is necessary to communicate the time of arrival with adequate notice.
The managers speak fluent Italian, English, French.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals: it has a hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery.

BATH:
