"Couldn't have had a friendlier welcome with the nicest, most helpful staff. We had a lovely dinner in the bar and a good night's sleep before heading down to breakfast. My son was particularly impressed by the waffle maker! Great location for city centre and attractions."

"Decent location next to the quay, room was spacious and clean. Hotel seems well run, staff were very helpful and pleasant. We stayed Saturday and Sunday nights and Saturday night was very noisy outside, lots of what sounded like road racing and drunken people! Sunday was quiet. Not a complaint about the hotel, it's a city centre hotel and Dundee is lively on a Saturday night, so to be expected. Restaurant nice, food reasonably good. Parking onsite is great and one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Overall a great choice for Dundee."

"Lovely hotel with nice pool / spa facilities . Breakfast was great and rooms very comfortable. We had a lovely meal in the hotel . The Cullen skink was really nice . Reception staff were a little unfriendly on arrival but we wouldn’t let this put us off returning . Great value for money !"

"Very close to town and transport options for sightseeing. It was the cheapest accommodation after hostels, so budget-wise it's good. Shower wasn't draining and staff had it sorted the next day."
