Patio door did not lock properly, literally the lock was broken and door would not lock. Communicated with property manager, that my party would check-out at 11:00 am. "What an incredible stay! The team at Preskil went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their friendliness and professionalism were outstanding throughout our visit. The rooms were absolutely beautiful. Spacious, clean, beautiful decor, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Waking up each morning with a view of the ocean was a real highlight. The team at the boat house were fantastic. There were so many activities included, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend the snorkeling where you snorkel near Ile Aux Aigrettes. The stand up paddle boards and kayaks are also a must! The spa was a real treat. It was so peaceful and relaxing in the most beautiful setting by the Banyan tree. We felt so relaxed and rejuvenated that we found ourselves returning for a second visit. There are 3 restaurants at the resort with lots of variety, delicious meals and attentive service! We went with All-Inclusive which we found was very good value. The service, location, activities, and overall experience exceeded our expectations! We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return."
