Nossa experiência ficou abaixo das expectativas para uma estadia de férias e descanso. O hotel tem potencial para oferecer muito mais, mas atualmente transmite a sensação de um local que parou no tempo e carece de manutenção e atenção aos detalhes. As cobertas disponíveis não eram adequadas para o frio da época e os travesseiros aparentavam estar bastante desgastados. Felizmente, havia um aparelho de ar-condicionado com função aquecimento que ajudou a amenizar a temperatura do quarto. Mesmo autorizando a limpeza, não houve troca das toalhas durante a estadia. O sistema de aquecimento da água também foi um problema, pois as caldeiras não conseguiam manter a água quente de forma satisfatória, principalmente à noite. Inclusive, ouvimos outros hóspedes reclamando da mesma situação. O assento do vaso sanitário estava danificado e chegava a machucar a perna durante o uso. O Wi-Fi praticamente não funcionava e, segundo um funcionário, nenhuma TV do hotel possui função Smart TV. A limpeza merece atenção: o box do banheiro e algumas paredes apresentavam sujeira incrustada, dando aspecto de falta de manutenção. O café da manhã foi simples e com produtos de qualidade inferior ao esperado. O café tinha gosto de queimado, o suco de laranja era industrializado e vários itens pareciam ser comprados prontos. Por outro lado, todos os funcionários foram extremamente educados, receptivos e prestativos. O atendimento da equipe foi o ponto mais positivo da estadia.

Já me hospedei neste hotel outras vezes e, desta vez, foi a primeira reserva realizada pela Hotel.com. No check-in, a reserva não constava no sistema do hotel, mas a situação foi resolvida pela equipe sem maiores transtornos. O quarto atendeu às expectativas. O café da manhã possui algumas opções, porém com pouca variedade entre os dias. O ponto que mais me incomodou foi o Wi-Fi. A internet parou de funcionar no segundo dia da hospedagem e essa não é a primeira vez que enfrento esse problema no hotel. Em uma estadia anterior, em 2025, ocorreu a mesma situação, sendo informado que se tratava de uma instabilidade. No entanto, como o problema se repetiu em diferentes hospedagens acredito que seja uma questão recorrente. No geral, a hospedagem foi satisfatória, mas para quem depende de internet durante a estadia, esse é um ponto importante a ser melhorado.

O hotel é convenientemente localizado no Centro de Curitiba, com lojas, supermercado 24h e farmácia próximos. O quarto que alugamos, para três pessoas, era um pouco apertado para todos, mas de modo geral o hotel estava apropriado para nossas necessidades. O chuveiro era bom e água quene na torneira da pia e no chuveiro. O sinal da TV a cabo era um pouco ruim, apesar de ser uma TV a cabo paga. Havia um microondas, mas estava não estava funcionado (não aquecia, apesar de ligar direito). O café da manhã é bem dverso e farto, diria muito bom. O staff era bem prestativo.

Funcionários muito educados, boa localização, muito bom o café da manhã. Mas a limpeza dos quartos é muito ruim. As roupas de cama também estão muito gastas, os quartos são pequenos. E o banheiro, as tampas das privadas machucam, pois estão rigidas e quebradas. E dependendo do número de hóspedes pode falar água quente no banho. Espero ter ajudado!

Os recepcionistas não fizeram um bom atendimento e nem nos orientaram como funcionava as coisas, como era a primeira vez ficamos um pouco perdidas. O chuveiro era muito bom saia bastante água e era quente. O quarto estava com um cheiro estranho e o ar quente não funcionava. O Café da manhã era muito bom, e a equipe de cozinha, limpeza e o gerente muito receptivos e simpáticos.

Por ser uma estrutura antiga, deixou a desejar um pouco. Coisas simples que se foi deixando de lado o cuidado, como por exemplo, a perna da minha cama estava quebrada, lixeira com a tampa quebrada, duas tomadas no quarto, sem contar com a internet que não tivemos sucesso na conexão. Pontos positivos são: localização boa e café da manhã bem diversificado.

Péssimo! O quarto estava mal limpo, com emaranhados de cabelo no chão. O banheiro fedia a fossa que empesteava o quarto. O blindex do box era gordura pura. A roupa de cama velha e encardida, não tinha sequer toalha. A televisão não funcionava. A pior experiência que já tive.

Razoável para Bom

Achei razoável o quarto. Atendimento é excelente de todos os que conversei! Mas o colchão achei muito mole, velho, o lençol curto para o colchão, os canais de tv bem limitados e qualidade de imagem péssima. O café da manhã foi excelente! Enfim o colchão foi o pior mesmo, e considerando que é o que mais usamos em um hotel, acho viável investirem nisso o quanto antes. Banheiro tudo excelente. Isolamento das janelas tbm não são bons, visto que é uma avenida bem movimentada. Mas para uma noite só, até que vale o custo benefício, pela localização e estacionamento!
