The room at know where to put your luggage. The bathroom didn’t have the shower every day. That is the norm in Brazil. The lighting was weird. It was just too bright. The mattress was very uncomfortable. It was not good quality. Overall I would never choose this property again.

Hotel bom e bem central. Atendimento cordial; café da manhã normal; apartamento amplo e com um bom banheiro, porém o quarto tinha um odor desagradável que melhorava ao abrir a janela para ventilar.

Um mercure normal

Tivemos que trocar de quarto, devido a condição de limpeza. Fomos realocados em um quarto superior, entretanto, com forte cheiro de carpete molhado.. Ambos os quartos eram para ate 4 pessoas. Entretanto eram 2 camas de solteiro simples, bem apertado, não condiz com o nivel do hotel e os valores. O hotel em si é muito bom, porem pode observar tanto na área social, quanto nos quartos, uma certa falta de manutenção e conservação dos ambientes.
