Someone got inside my room while I was sleeping

Posted pictures greatly differ from actual rooms. But the biggest problem is that they mistakenly gave a key to my room to someone checking in. At midnight, this person open my room door while I was sleeping inside with my kids. This is really the worst thing you could have from a hotel service.

Upon checking in service was poor and disorganized. We stayed for 2 days, the air-conditioning stopped ✋️ working on the first night. We were told that the hotel was from 2003 and that is the way it is. We can't control the temperature ourselves, it depends on the outside temperature for it to function....

Eu adora a localização, gosto do atendimento mas acredito que travisseiro, cama e televisões precisam ser atualizados pois estão bem surrados, a TV não conseguimos assistir sempre com problmea ou com imagem desgocada e não é uma smart o que impossibilida parear o stream. os travisseiros impossivel de dormir uma pedra ou fino de mais, e dessa vez o colchao estava terrivel

Aproveitando o feriado em Curitiba

Hotel com ótima localização, no padrão Ibis com custo benefício interessante para o bairro, tem opção de café da manhã (mas preferi considerar outras opções da região que são muito boas), oferece serviço de estacionamento parceiro (o que pelo que vi é um padrão para os hotéis da região), tem serviço de bar 24 horas o que é bem conveniente visto que no quarto só tem a geladeira sem produtos, serviço de quarto com limpeza bem bom (mesmo eu não solicitando todos os dias). Tive um incômodo por vazamento de água do box do banheiro no meio do período da estadia que foi prontamente resolvido no mesmo dia que comuniquei com reparo de silicone feito no box. Um pequeno detalhe que percebi também é que o isolamento acústico dentro do hotel não é tão bom ouvindo frequentemente ruídos de outros quartos ou de áreas comuns como o corredor. Mas de modo geral a estadia foi muito boa e recomendo o hotel.

Lindo, limpo e com ótimo atendimento

Foi somente uma noite mas foi uma ótima surpresa. Hotel limpo, quarto limpo e funcional, banheiro ótimo. O volume de água no chuveiro não é muito grande, então não rola aquele banho relaxante, mas a água bem quente e com as amenidades. O travesseiro um pouco baixo mas o colchão ótimo. Ficaremos novamente com certeza!!! A localização é perfeita
