When I first saw the room, I thought it was a little small and not too impressed. But, the bed and sheets were fantastic, the bathroom was extremely nice, the water in the shower had pressure. This is a very nice hotel

Limpeza ruim, tanto do quarto quanto das louças do café da manhã. Me colocaram em um quarto acessível sem que eu solicitasse, ou seja, não tinha box. Para tomar banho, molhava o banheiro inteiro e ficava frio. A fechadura da porta acabou a bateria, então nenhum cartão abria, fiquei um tempo pra fora e meu per preso dentro até resolverem. Foi bem ruim a estadia como um todo.

Cheguei ao hotel e havia pedido quarto silencioso na reserva.. colocaram os 3 quartos adaptados para cadeirante e em frente ao elevador. No último dia consegui realizar troca de 2 quartos, até por ser um quarto conjugado, era possível escutar os “shows” do quarto ao lado. Infelizmente

Os quartos tem bom tamanho, reformados, cama boa mas os travesseiros são todos de pena de ganso. Tenho Asma e é muito alergênico. Solicitei outro tipo , mas é padrão do hotel. Me deram 2 fronhas para evitar contato. Café da manhã variado e tudo de boa qualidade.
