Estadia foi boa, hotel limpo e confortável, com excelente café da manha, apesar que o espaço do café é um pouco apertado se o hotel estiver lotado que foi o meu caso. O banho é um ponto forte, ducha forte com ótima pressão, porém o ponto negativo é a cama que achei um pouco dura para o meu gosto. No geral a estadia foi bem satisfatória.

Pessimo!

Nos hospedamos em muitos quartos, pra um casamento. No meu quarto fizeram uma cobrança duplicada, no quarto de familiares a reserva era pra apenas 2 dias, do valor por volta de 700. Na hora do check in queriam cobrar mais de 3000. Em outro familiar, o bebê estava dormindo no berço, a babá avisou a camareira. A mesma entrou ainda mais outras vezes e ainda fotografou o bebê sem autorização dos responsáveis. A todo momento que alguém precisava algo da recepção, falavam que estavam ocupados e não poderiam atender o pedido. Chegando até a desligar na cara da minha comadre. Sem contar um episódio de machismo que uma pessoa que estava sendo atendida ao meu lado sofreu e ela é membro Platinum da All. O atendimento é tenebro, o hotel não tem nada demais, meu colchão era ruim e afundado. Nunca ficaria novamente.

Bom, mas pode melhorar

O hotel é muito bom, café da manhã excelente. Os elevadores são demorados e não é possível parar em outro andar que não seja o seu (fiz reserva de 2 quartos e ficaram em andares diferentes e era uma gincana acessar o outro quarto). Cobraram o pagamento no check in e no check out, sendo que eu pageui no ato da reserva (justificando esse erro na troca de sistema).
