"Despite the overall friendliness of the staff, I had a single complaint regarding the handicap shower in my room. I do not recall explicitly requesting one, and it was a walk-in shower equipped with a handheld showerhead. Consequently, towels were required to be placed by the shower since it was open. On my initial night using the shower, I was unaware of the significant amount of water that accumulated on the floor, necessitating me to get up with towels. I believe that the shower could benefit from a device to prevent water from spreading excessively or a larger drain. In contrast, the other shower I stayed at had a walk-in shower with a shower door. Apart from this minor inconvenience, the staff was generally pleasant, and the establishment maintained a high level of cleanliness. "
