The window in my unit was broken - would not close. I reported it very soon after I arrived. The apartment faced the street and street noise was incredibly loud. I was there on a work trip and had to give a presentation and I didn't sleep in the 3 nights I stayed there. Management couldn't fix the window, couldn't find...

"There were 3 of us and a beagle and we ALL had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious, super clean, recently redone, pleasantly decorated, and it didn't lack for anything. The outdoors were equally great. However great the property was, it still couldn't compare with the landlords who were so very friendly and accommodating and particularly the landlady, Irene, who went out of her way to be helpful. Da wir keine Alternative bekommen haben, mussten wir uns selbst eine Übergangsübernachtung suchen und danach eine Alternativunterkunft. Kritisiere hier die extrem kurzfristige Absage und das vollkommene im-Stichlassen beim Unterkunft suchen. Das geht gar nicht"
