"We have used this hotel every two years since 2011 for our Desert Shield/Storm Reunions. The food and food service has always been exceptional. The food and food service was great again this year. The issue I have this time was the rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance. 1. I stayed from June 11 until June 14, 2026 and I did not see once a housekeeper up and down the hallways nor did my room get freshened up at all during my stay. You usually see housekeepers out doing their rounds every day. 2. These issues were reported to the front desk on Thursday night after I checked in and not one of them got fixed. I checked in with the front desk on Friday and Saturday morning. The light above my sink was burned out and made the bathroom difficult to see in. The deadbolt on the front door did not work and the only other safety lock that worked was the u-shaped clasp that goes on the little bulb on the door. The toilet seat was missing a bolt and I almost hurt myself a few times. The curtain was also not attached to the rod so I could not open the window curtain. This is a nice hotel but management needs to work on some things."

"Front desk woman was nice and helped me get an extra key when I locked myself out. Other than that the property was in abysmal condition. Mold on the ceilings in the bathroom, rust on all vents, the top sheet on my bad smelled like body odor and the bottom sheets felt damp? Are we serious? The towels in the bathroom had stains and were damp. I looked at the art on the wall and that somehow had mold too. Were those blood stains I noticed on the chair? Why was there a woman’s hair in the bathtub from a prior stay? I also guarantee you I smell urine in between the bathroom and the main room. I was dead tired and needed a roof but once I saw a baby cockroach crawling on the ceiling I got out and slept at a rest stop instead. It was $60, I knew better than to book it but thought I could save a buck by being cheap. DO NOT stay here if you have any self respect. What a joke I almost thought this was a prank but this hotel is like this on purpose. If anything it should be sanctioned by some inspection agency."

"Good location and close to numerous dining and shopping options. AC worked great! Dropped a star because the bathroom door in our room did not close properly. Not a big deal as it was just my husband and I in the room, but maybe something to get fixed before the next guest thinks it is a big deal."
