"Spacious rooms. Clean. Complementary breakfast (nothing special). Lively in the evening (it was a weekend). We had multiple rooms and one of them seemed a bit more "damp" than the others, but the rooms are carpeted and there was a lot of humidity so it was probably that (we come from Canada where the air is dry AF in the winters). Conveniently close to the airport (~5-10min) and port of Miami (~20-30min) for cruises. Airport Shuttles: From the airport to the hotel - it is confusing, you basically just wait at one of multiple doors and hope your specific hotel shuttle stops at your door with enough space to let you on, otherwise they just drive off. We ended up ubering after waiting 20 minutes. From the hotel to the airport: the shuttle seems to show up in front of the lobby every 30 minutes or so."

"We had a wonderful night's stay before boarding our cruise. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The sitting area was lovely and great for meeting up outside of the room. Customer service was outstanding. I unknowingly left something important behind and it was mailed to me. I would definitely stay again."
