"The hotel was placed in a strategic location between Grand Indo, Plaza Indo and Thamrin City. So it was convenient to go to these places just by walking. The hotel does need a bit of uplifting as some of the furnitures and fixtures are worn out. The Ascott team also made an effort to decorate the mirror for birthday celebrationc which was lovely. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

Staff were friendly and helpful We came before check in and our room wasn't ready, so they told us to wait at level 26 at the club lounge.
