I had been driving for several hours that day and to hear that, it wasn't nice at all. He insisted that I pay cash but I didn't have it. Then like 30 minutes later the machine worked. I never saw him again during the whole stay even when trying to check out. "

"The owner met us when we walk into the parking lot . He run a little restaurant across the street. He gave us an over on how to use the TV and heater (it was only 5 degrees Celsius in Creel. Told us morning coffee is free for us at his restaurant. The room had 2 double beds , a TV , clean shower and bathroom. If you just want a clean place to sleep , this is the place. It is in the middle of town. It was only $68 Canadian a night."

"The price was way to high for the condition of the hotel. The balcony door couldn't even close all the way, and the wind howled though all night long. Water stains on the ceiling. Definitely NOT a five star hotel! The only good thing is the view from the hotel."

There was no thermostat. It was uncomfortably warm and stuffy. No bottled water was provided as is customary in Mexico. "
