"I reserved a room for 1 night thru Expedia and paid $156 dollars. I’m landing in El Salvador at 9pm so I told my wife to do the check in since the website says the check in is until 8pm and then they charged my wife extra $20 dollars for it. They said if she doesn’t pay the money the whole reservation was going to be cancel so she paid extra $20 dollars. Nice rooms but shady customer service, my wife felt they were taking advantage of her. Won’t stay there anymore."

"My room only had fans, but this time of the year it would get cold at night. So I turned them off at night and was completely comfortable during the day. They cleaned and changed the linens every day. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Would stay there again!"
