Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We had booked a couple of rooms at the Capac Hotel II for a single night. Our arrival to the "hotel" was a bit late due to transport delays. Once we reached where the hotel was located, it was not there. There were no signs indicating a hotel, none of the other hotels nearby knew that it existed, the phone number did not work. Peering from the above road pedestrian walkway you could see that the place may or may not have been in operation, but certainly not at the moment. Finding new lodging at 12am was fun.
