This hotel is great as it's very close to the central and extremely clean. The staffs have been accommodating our needs as laundry service, luggage storage, and late check-in & early morning check-out. Highly recommended!

It's a beautiful hotel in an old-style building. We got a huge room with a great view, which is exactly what we booked. It's very conveniently located, and most attractions are walkable.

The staff was super nice and we enjoyed the spaciousness of our room. Great location near good restaurants, shops, and festivities. It was a little disappointing that the shower didn’t drain correctly, but those things happen and it was a plus that hot water seemed readily available. Overall, a good stay towards the end of a three week trip in the Cuzco region.

Loved the hotel . It’s very charming and convenient to walk everywhere. The views are simply breathtaking .Staff is amazing . Property is well maintained . Gham at the front desk was simply the best. Breakfast is amazing with lots of fresh options. There is a spa on site as well. The location is very convenient to the main square. The room and building is peaceful and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and kind!

I was extremely impressed with my room (I had a king size bed [the bedding was amazing!] with a balcony on 2nd floor). Loved all the intricate woodwork everywhere in hotel, the lobby vaulted ceiling, breakfast facility and super attentive staff. I mostly appreciated the on-site massage studio..was the perfect way to unwind from long day of traveling! Would definitely choose this place again!

Great unique hotel, large rooms

Our stay here was good. The room was very large and worked well for us. The architecture is fantastic with antiques and paintings everywhere. Some of amenities aren't necessarily modern or the best, but the hotel isn't designed to be the latest and greatest

Hotel is in excellent location near main plaza. I’m thinking all hotels close to main square have same level of noise, traffic into the night. Hotel is older so not much noise reduction from windows if your used to modern hotels. Walls are thin and floor is squeaky but our neighbors were quiet. Pillow was too thick for my comfort. Excellent view from third floor.

Good option for Cusco

A unique hotel with special atmosphere, furniture and accessories. Only a few minutes walk to Plaza de Armas. It was a little old though.

The hotel is very well located. The room was very nice and roomy. The housekeeping could be a bit better. For example, the toilet paper was not replaced on one occasion and dirty glasses were not cleaned. In a few instances, the front desk person was messing around on their phone, which I think looks bad. One of the front desk staff was not familiar with how to get to Machu Picchu which I feel is something they should probably be familiar with, given that it is a major tourist attraction. I think these are easy fixes and overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
