The service is amazing but the hotel is not very in a clean part of the city. We had to pass everyday to go to plazadiarmas by horrific street.

This was good for one nights stay. But I will warn you it’s paper thin to the outside and you will hear cars and dogs all night and come 7 am you will hear terrible amounts of noise from outside. Other than that, the staff was nice and helpful.

I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me upon my return @ the hotel where I stayed a night before my return trip to Lima. Overall, their service was awesome and they sure made up for the booking mishap.

Good choice

Basic, clean hotel. Amazing terrace at top floor with a kitchen where we could cook our own food, big plus! But beware of no elevator so you have to run up and down the stairs a lot!

Not bad

The room was quite small and gets cold at night with the single glazed windows and no heating. But they provide blankets. The shower was a good standard for Peru. The breakfast is freshly made scrambled or fried egg and a few buffet items like fruit and bread. The location is walkable to the main square but a little bit out to make it a good price

El servicio al cliente es excelente, el personal es muy capacitado, muy amable, e hicieron lo mejor no solo para ayudarnos con nuestras acomodaciones pero con otras necesidades relacionadas a turismo y guía en la ciudad. Nuestra habitación estaba con vista a la calle principal y hace mucho ruido de los vehículos, perros, se podía escuchar la conversación de la gente. Nuestra habitación necesitaba que modifiquen el sistema de sonido e ondulaciones por que aparte del sonido el frío en la noche era insoportable.

Friendly helpfull staff. Good location. Clean. Basic breakfast. A little expensive tour offered at the hotel, we could have saved a buck or two buying from a local "tourist info" place.

The hotel is on the third floor of an ordinary looking residential block, but once through the front door, it opens up, Tardis like, into three floors of rooms and a roof terrace. Our room was rather small with only an internal window, but well furnished, with storage space and a small bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

Saul was amazing. Very helpful with knowledge of the area and helped us with altitude sickness. Good breakfast selection including eggs. Shirley was kind and accomodating. Quick taxi to Cusco centre. Rooms were renovated and hot showers Heaters availble if needed. We felt very safe here.

Wonderful hotel

Fifteen minute walk to Plaza de Armas, close to fruit market, budget restaurants. Saul was extremely helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the 3 floor walk up, but good to get leg muscles ready for Machu Picchu.

Location not really convenient

The hotel is located pretty far from the city center, in a crowded popular neighbourhood. Taxis from/to the center cost 5 soles. Also, do not count on laundey there; it is dried on the terrace and ours was not dry after 30h! However, the room was perfectly clean and breakfast was correct.

Simples

Muito bem recebida pelos proprietários Elesban e Saul, muito prestativos e receptivos, oferenco folha de coca e o mate e dando várias orientações de passeios. Na verdade, não considero o local como um hotel, mas sim uma pousada. O localização não é muito boa, mas dá para ir a pé aos principais locais turísticos do centro de Cusco. Não acessível pois tem que subir escadas para se chegar. Quarto pequeno, mas confortável, banheiro pequeno, sem shampoo ou condicionador, secador de cabelo disponível na recepção. Senti falta de espelho no quarto, pois tem apenas no banheiro. Café da manhã servido pelos proprietários, simples mas bem servido. Enfim, uma boa estada para quem vai a Cusco e busca um local barato para dormir.
