rooms dark barely little natural light able to read lobby shabby , not very clean. Breakfast room nice. staff did not bother to respond after I emailed regarding something lots. Better value in Cusco Poor location

Room service is slow and staggered. They took our towels and then didn't replace them with clean ones until a few hours. Rooms all face outward towards the lobby and noise is a problem. You hear everything from toilet flushes, conversations, to screaming babies! Basic hotel, but way overpriced!

Es un edificio muy lindo con una terraza hermosa para el desayuno. El hall es muy cómodo y agradable. Las habitaciones no son espaciosas ni ofrecen muchas comodidades. La limpieza es muy buena pero falta calefacción.
