Had a lovely stay - the hotel is just outside of the old city about a 20 minute walk to the main square / cathedral but with plenty of places to eat locally too. Staff were always friendly and helpful and we felt very safe there.

The place was nice and the staff was really helpful and sweet. They arranged a taxi for us and even pushed breakfast earlier so we can eat before starting our day.

Very welcoming, smiling and warm staff. Very clean room. If you need anything; ask and they will do their best to help you. Hot water, TV, hair dryer available. Small hotel with a big heart. Right in the heart of Cuzco. I recommend without hesitation.

Staff were very good. When you ask for eggs they will charge extra but you don’t know until the check out. Bathroom very small.

The bustling was very old and run down. Breakfast was cold the coffee was cold. We had to ask for towels every day as they only gave us 1 and we were 5. The light wouldn’t turn off completely so we had to sleep with the light on. My room had no window. It was very noisy. Sounds on the street and inside the building all night.

Bien pour rester une courte nuit près de la station de bus. Nous avons été assigné à une minuscule chambre pour 6 personnes, avec seulement 3 serviettes et 3 oreillers.

Very disappointed with this place. In the pictures looks so nice. But when we got there, it wasn’t nice at all. It was a nightmare. We ended up going to a different hotel. Please, take it out from your Expedia list.

Não gostamos da estadia, o banheiro era muito pequeno, os lenções e travesseiros era sujo, o tempo que ficamos lá (9 dias) eles não trocaram as toalhas mesmo pedindo, e teve uns hospedes que eram muito barulhento e teve noites mal dormida. A menina da recepção era bem bacana e gente boa.
