There is no reception or staff at the property. Omar is very helpful and responsive, but he himself depends on cleaning lady and her schedule. Wifi speed can be improved. Few things in bathroom needs improvement too.

Room bus spacious, clean and most of all the bed and pillow was amazing. It was one of the best bed I've ever had. And the location is amazing. But one thing you have to aware is it can be hard to find unless you know the infomation since there is no sign or anything. Other thnthis, it's perfect!!
The staff was responsive but to get in the room I had to arrange a time for meet-up to get the key for the main door and instructions to download the app and register for the electrical lock which felt a little unusual for Cusco. The room itself was spacious and bed was very comfortable.
Overall I had a great stay here. It was super quiet and safe. The owner was amazing and super accommodating with any concerns or questions I had at any time. It did get pretty chilly at times when the heater took a while to kick in, but overall I was fine. It did seem like there was some work being done on the overall property itself, so I have no doubts when that’s all done, it’ll be amazing.

To start, the hotel itself was extremely hard to find (there was no hotel name or any markings around the door, so it just looked like a residential home and we couldn't figure out how to access it). The phone number listed on Google wasn't working, so we had to reach out via messaging on Hotels.com to contact anyone and it took nearly an hour for someone to help us. Note that there is no reception or front desk staff at this hotel, which would have been useful information for us to know about ahead of time. Once we got in to the hotel, we were led by a housekeeper to a room that wasn't the one we booked and received no explanation. Only after calling and asking why we weren't given the room we booked were we informed that the room wasn't ready yet. The room itself was clean and spacious, and although it smelled mildly musty, it looked newly renovated. The bed was large and comfortable. In terms of noise, there were a few times we were woken up by loud traffic or noises from the street. The biggest issue with our stay, aside from the confusion around getting in initially, is that we'd messaged them ahead of time confirming that we'd be able to leave luggage with them while we did the Salkantay Trek for 4 days. The evening before checkout, I'd messaged them to ask where we could leave our luggage, and received no response. I followed up several times and never received any responses. Thank god we had a different hotel booked after the trek that took our luggage!
