This property had a great overview of the city, breakfast included, nice rooms (I stayed in two different rooms), friendly and helpful staff, and overall very clean.

Wilmer and team took great care, prior to our arrival to ensure we have all the details about the property and stay. Extremely thoughtful of the guest’s needs. Our driver made an accident and dropped us slightly far from the property . Wilmer was generous to walk to where we were dropped and accompany us to the property. Rooms were spacious and clean. The property had a great panoramic view from the breakfast and lobby area. Overall had a great experience!

Equipe de atendimento atenciosa e prestatativa por meio de WhatsApp e pessoalmente, ja que nao há um recepcionista 24h presente no local. Tive que sair antes do horário do café da manhã para um passeio e o pessoal deixou um pacote com alimentação preparado. O quarto é bom, mas a acústica precisa de atenção. O chuveiro é excelente, com muita água quente.

Nous sommes restés une semaine dans une chambre avec kitchnette. La chambre et le salon sont spacieux, jolis et propres. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, elle manque un peu d'ustentiles mais ca ne nous a pas vraiment dérangé. Il n'y a pas de chauffage (comme partout) donc il fait frais le soir mais nous n'avons pas du tout eu froid la nuit, pourtant je suis très frileuse ! Aucun probleme avec l'eau chaude. La vue sur cusco est magnifique depuis la terasse! Très bien placée proche de la place principale tout en étant tres calme, il faut juste savoir que ça monte pour retourner à l'hôtel. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil et disponible! On pouvait facilement discuter sur whatsapp et il y avait souvent quelqu'un à l'acceuil qui nous a renseigné pour les bus, les excursions, etc. Il n'y a pas de service de chambre mais il suffisait de demander à l'acceuil pour changer nos serviettes de douche. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel !

Localização: fica a 7 minutos a pé da Praça de Armas. Para chegar ao hotel é preciso pegar um morro de tamanho mediano. Você vai se cansar um pouco, até pelo efeito da altitude, mas não é algo que atrapalha tanto (nunca opte pelo caminho via escada, você vai se cansar mais). Estrutura: a hospedagem é bonita por dentro e por fora. O quarto em que fiquei tinha cama de casal, mesa com cadeiras, sofá, mesa de centro, cabides, copo, fogão, microondas... É muito bem equipado. Limpeza: apenas dois detalhes me incomodaram. Um deles é que o quarto parecia fechado há muito tempo, o que havia deixado cheiro quando cheguei. Deixei a janela aberta e melhorou uns 60% (esse problema não afetou os quartos dos meus outros dois amigos). Outro ponto da limpeza que me desagradou foi a pia, do banheiro, que parece não ter sido lavada antes da minha chegada. Havia resquícios de uso se sabonete do hóspede anterior (o mesmo NÃO ocorreu nos quartos dos meus amigos). De modo geral a limpeza está aprovada, mas com essas duas ressalvas. A coberta e os travesseiros estavam limpos. Atendimento: muito bom. Eu indicaria a hospedagem.

Tive uma estadia ótima no Illa B&B. Entrei em contato antes pelo número publicado na plataforma de reserva e eles prontamente me atenderam e fizeram um grupo com mais alguns funcionários! Não tem recepção física, mas eles nos enviam passo a passo para ter acesso a chave do hotel e chave do quarto! Tudo muito limpo e muito bonito no quarto! Tem água quente no chuveiro e coberta quentinha! Além do mais temos acesso a qualquer momento a uma salinha super fofa com folha de coca, cafe e água quente! O café é continental e eles perguntam antes o que queremos de bebida! Christian e Maribel são os funcionários que nos dão apoio em alguns horários no dia! Muito simpáticos e solícitos! Pode deixar a mala caso você vá passar uma noite fora em Águas Calientes! No retorno eles te entregam os pertences! Sempre muito atenciosos e até te indicam e reservam táxi se você precisar! Não tenho do que reclamar! Super indico! Um detalhe pra já ir preparado é que tem uma ladeira bem grande para acesso ao hotel,mas as ruas de Cusco tem essa característica mesmo e não foi um ponto negativo para a gente!
