"Personally, I think this hotel deserves at least a four-star rating for its ambiance and service. The gardens and rooms are spotless, the city and mountain views from the breakfast room are stunning (breakfasts are also exceptional!). All members of staff are incredibly friendly and courteous, knowledgeable about nearby restaurants and attractions, and the airport transfers are punctual and reliable. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers from all over the world."
