The breakfast buffet and omelet station was the most complete and excellent I have experienced. From freshly smoked trout to charcuterie to fresh fruit and juices etc. A beautiful property and the most accommodating staff.
Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Lots of activities offered including pisco sour classes, ceviche making class, tour of the hotel (which was a former convent), etc. Very helpful staff as well.
Very clean, nice historic hotel. Staff is wonderful. Really appreciated our stay

An incredible hotel
Wonderful rooms, a beautiful spa, delicious breakfast and great colleagues
We loved the additional activities- such as the history tour and meeting Panchita
We wish that we could have stayed for longer!
The complementary breakfast buffet is amazing. Everything is fresh and quality foods. This is my second time here. Any time I’m planning on traveling to Cusco, Peru, this is always my first choice if availability is there. From the moment you enter the premises it feels world class. Highly recommend you give it a try if you’re thinking about it. Big plus is that you’re in walking distance to just about everything you need and want to explore in the area. Looking forward to being back.
We had to get a breakfast to go as we were leaving at 3am. The packed breakfast was excellent and the hotel kept our luggage whilst we were in Machu Picchu at no extra cost. The room was immaculate and amenities great. A free pisco sour was a great touch too
The hotel was the perfect location and choice for our Machu Picchu, Peru trip.
The location, facilities were perfect.
The staff, with their constant warm Peruvian smiles were amazing, they went above and beyond for us, tending to our every need.
A lovely extra was when we visited the very cute and adorable baby alpaca called “Pancheta” who came to the hotel each day.
Without a doubt it’s the best hotel in the historic center of Cusco. Have been in Cusco more than 10 times and have stayed in many other hotels and this is definitely the best! Very friendly staff, very clean, delicious breakfast and very convenient location.
