Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Communication with the staff is insufficient. The apartment shown on the website does not match the actual accommodation provided. It was extremely dirty and lacked a balcony or sitting room, which is a major misrepresentation. I'm surprised this can be listed on Expedia.
