"The house is situated in a vineyard with fig trees growing around the house. It is a 25 minute walk up the mountain road to the medieval village of Erice. Trapani is the main town and is about 15 minutes by car down the mountain. The mountain road (SP3) is steep with hairpin bends, so it is best to hire a small car like most of the locals. "Beautiful property, very well and fancy arranged. The pool area is fantastic, we could spend weeks there. The owners are very friendly, available and helpful. Despite that 2 little annoying things: the mosquitos and the motorway behind the property. But nothing that the owner can change anyway. So a clear 5 stars review! "This beautiful home lies in a great neighborhood in Custonaci. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, and private parking. Inside home is well-furnished and had coffee supplies already in place for the next morning. Nearby gelato shop open until midnight was a real treat (literally). Hosts do not speak English, but we were able to communicate using translation apps on our phones. They were very nice and made great efforts to make sure we had everything we needed. "My wife and I stayed in this property for a week in May 2019. The location was rural, quiet and had spectacular views over the surrounding mountains. The property is surrounded by vineyards on three sides and an orchard and vegetable garden on the other, which we were allowed to help ourselves; never forget the fresh orange juice made from picking our own oranges. "Loved the feel of Azzoli apartments, interesting design, comfortable rooms and particularly fond of the roof terrace for breakfast each day and a place to relax of an afternoon or evening as an escape from the heat at street level.
