"Prime location: accessible to beach, free trolley, many restaurants, drugstores - all within walking distance. Accessible groceries. A half hour Uber ride into downtown Miami. The AC worked great. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, filtered coffee brewer - beach and fresh towels were furnished. Comfortable bed. Would stay again. 👍👍"

"I was so glad I picked this property to stay on. It was so clean so lovely we were so comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The showers were great. It was so much room for all of us. We had two children two adults. The restaurant is right downstairs and great food with a 20% discount on orders. "The property is really well equipped for people who plan to enjoy the beach (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) and is literally a 5 min walk from the beach. Couple of nice restaurants around the corner (but do not forget that you are in south beach….) and the host recommandations were great. Quick communication with him also. "I took my son and his wife for their birthdays (along with my wife and our adult daughter) to Miami Beach in early June. The property is as described and the check-in process was super easy (it's done with a partner next door). We got in rather late and had no issues at all. The unit is also super conveniently located at the very end of South Beach which allows for late night fun but at the same time isn't terribly noisy. Communication was quick and timely and they were patient with all my questions. The property and room itself is amazing with incredible amenities and beach/pool access. "This place is just as advertised. Close to beach and Ocean Blvd. My son and I (he was on HS break) rode bikes, ran, and walked all over South Beach. Yes Dad kept up. SoFi--South of Fifth Ave-- location just felt exclusive. Sidewalks and streets were pristine and the whole area was very outdoor friendly. Just clean, comfortable, and convenient condo. Weather was sunny and 70 the whole time. Couldn't have been better...yes this sounds like an advertisement but I don't care lol--just an awesome...
