Not sure where to start…. 1. Advertising a pool with a slide for families. No slide available, it was taken down 4years ago. I booked for this reason. So the kids could enjoy family time with their dad 2. Lights not working in the room - multiple lights 3. Need to ask for room clean 4. Need to ask for clean towels 5. Asked to speak to the Manager- never made contact with us regarding issues. 6. Paid for a hotel and did nor get what we expected Unfortunately we should of booked somewhere else. Will never be coming back or will ever recommend this resort

Our stay at Yadua Bay Resort was absolutely delightful! The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. Amazing sea view from the Villa, every room had a sea view.

Relaxing and quiet. The seaside villas were very clean and had all the amenities. Nice separation if you have 2 families staying together with a shared kitchen and living room.

Amazing from every point of view : clean,great food and beverage at very reasonable prices. Of course the beautiful indigenous Fijian people and culture was unforgettable. Pool and beach were a stand out. I cannot put in to words how remarkable Yadua Bay Resort is. I’ll be back for a much longer stay very soon. Thanks

The resort boasts a beautiful and well-maintained swimming pool, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. We ended up staying here as the Shangri-La stuffed us around with our booking. The location is good with a good super market within walking distance. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond. We stayed in a two bedroom villa, great size and comfortable beds. Not any cooking utensils in kitchen so it made it difficult to cook and the restaurant was closed. They did offer to get the chef in if we wanted but we were the only ones staying there so we felt bad. The property overall is in pretty ordinary condition, no maintenance getting done and the condition of the pool is pretty bad. If you want peace and quiet with no one else around then it might be the place for you but I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Nice enough hotel let down by WiFi

WiFi has been complained about for 6 months in comments and was still not working. Ended up paying for mobile sims as some of us had meetings to do. Simply put, they shouldn’t be able to advertise wifi. Beach has a reef/rock pools in front and so we ended up not swimming there. Road leading to the property is potholed and not great on car tires. Food choices in restaurant were pricy and not great value when compared to nearby Olive Tree. Property was however clean, worn but reasonably maintained. It’s a good place if you are exploring and we used it in that way.

As much as this place is at a very nice location the staff here are so laid back that they forget to provide even basic customer services. We stayed at Yandua for 4 nights and regretted it from day one. Firstly there is no iron or ironing board provided in the room u can get one from reception which by the way is a bit of a walk. Secondly house keeping will knock at ur door every morning asking if u need room service so you can forget about sleeping in and please do not change ur mind once u have said no to cleaning ur room coz that is such a inconvenience that u might even get that disgusting look. Forget about getting a massage here coz the staff will not ture up and u will get tired of waiting. So overall not a very pleasant stay for us. But again the locating is very nice

Our villa had dirty walls, but the shower, toilet and bed were clean. Ranchslider doors needed repair. Restaurant was adequate for eating in. Meals were edible, nothing fancy. Pool is in need of repair as the tiles on the floor are lifting. Only a few sun loungers around the pool, which have seen better days. Drive way into resort is shocking with many pot holes. Besides the resort being poor the staff are all absolutely amazing and do the best job they can with the resources available to them. This property has great potential because of its location, but unfortunately it is being overlooked by its owners. We enjoyed our stay despite its problems.
