For shared use: property 10'000 m2, garden with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, children's playground. In the complex: reception, sauna, steam room (all extra), playroom, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises.
