Blitzsauberes Zimmer, echter freundlicher Umgang mit den Hotelgästen. Der Chef gratulierte sogar einem Hotelgast persönlich zum Geburtstag. Toll: Eintritt ins Thalassozentrum bei einer bestimmten Zimmerkategorie inklusiv, ebenso das Fitness Studio. Und in besagter Kategorie gab es auch wahlweise in gezapftes Bier oder ein Gläschen Wein...echter Mehrwert! Danke! Und was auch auffällig war, das gesamte Personal strahlte aus, dass es da gerne arbeitet. Und ich komme gerne wieder!

Leider sehr enttäuscht wurden wir bei unserem ersten Besuch. Wir hatten beim Buchen darauf geachtet, daß ein Aufzug vorhanden ist. Leider bekamen wir ein Zimmer, daß man nur durch viele dunkle Gänge, durch die Bar, durch den Speisesaal und mehrere Treppen erreichen konnte. Der Balkon hatte anstatt dem versprochenen Gartenblick , freien Blick auf Mülltonnen und verdreckte Zeltdächer. Als wir diese Missstände ansprachen, wurde uns nur mitgeteilt, dass, sie es aufgrund , daß ausgebucht sei, nicht ändern könne.Als ich sagte, daß dann ja wohl ein Preisnachlass gerechtfertigt sei, meinte die Dame,dass wir doch schon einen super Preis haben und daß sie nichts machen kann. Ich finde, daß man doch ein so wichtiges Detail, wie KEIN AUFZUG!! erwähnen muß. Ein aufgeführter Schreibtisch war auch nicht vorhanden. Frühstück hervorragend und Personal, freundlich allerdings unflexibel in Bezug auf unsere Beschwerden
