Schöne Wohnung

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Hier und da müssten mal Staubfäden von der Decke gesaugt werden und der Fernseher ist ziemlich klein, aber sonst war alles super. Im Wohnzimmer scheint ein neues Sofa zu sein, welches man zum Schlafsofa umfunktionieren kann, Das war wirklich super gemütlich. Auch sonst war alles da was man braucht. Leider sind Hunde nicht erlaubt. So kommt die Wohnung für uns leider in Zukunft nicht mehr in Frage.

Naja

• Die FeWo bietet auch für 4 Personen (zwei Großeltern mit zwei Enkeln) ausreichend Platz, die Terrasse ist sehr groß, Hochparterre war für uns Senioren auch kein Problem, das Gäste-WC war sehr von Vorteil und die Lage ist ausgesprochen ruhig, direkt an einem Waldstreifen. Lieblingsplatz der Enkel war der Strandkorb. WLAN war vorhanden und von guter Qualität, obwohl in der Wohnungsbeschreibung kein WLAN erwähnt wurde. • Schwierig war die Bedienung von Herd und Spülmaschine. Da kennen wir andere Vorgehensweisen. Die Bedienungsanleitungen haben wir erst am letzten Tag gefunden. • Für die FeWo-Anlage gibt es ausreichend Mülltonnen-Kapazität, die auch eine ordentliche Mülltrennung ermöglicht. Leider bildet die FeWo das krasse Gegenteil, denn es gibt – abgesehen vom Bad und Gäste-WC – nur einen kleinen Mülleimer mit einfachem Deckel, also sehr unpraktisch. Wohin mit dem Müll für die gelbe und die BioTonne? Papier getrennt sammeln ist ja noch einfach machbar. • Die großzügige Terrasse ist sehr ungepflegt. Zwischen den Bodenplatten sprießt das Unkraut und wachsen die Sandhügel der Ameisen. Die eigentlich wunderbare Idee des Strandkorbs verblasst, weil der Strandkorb sehr verwittert ist und daher auch Verletzungen an Händen und Füßen möglich sind. Der große, runde Tisch weist teilweise Rostschäden auf, die zu Verletzungen führen können. Eine passende Decke für den Tisch wurde erst spät gefunden. Die große „Kissenkiste“ hinter dem Strandkorb ist sehr verzogen, so dass bei starkem Regen dieser eindringen kann. Ein Schloss, das dies verhindern könnte, fehlt. • Es fehlt an Geschirr, wenn vier Personen die Wohnung nutzen. Was sind schon vier Wassergläser, wenn Biergläser komplett fehlen. Es fehlt auch an Besteck. Eigentlich müsste nach jeder Mahlzeit der Geschirrspüler aktiviert werden, was wohl wenig nachhaltig wäre. Also essen/trinken wir notfalls auch mit Kuchengabeln, Plastiklöffelchen, aus mitgebrachten Plastikbechern oder aus nachgekauften, eigenen Gläsern. Außerdem könnte die Spülmaschine einen Piepston als Fertigmeldung von sich geben, zumal sie endlos lange Zeit braucht. • Unschön war auch, dass es nur eine angefangene Rolle Toilettenpapier für zwei Toiletten gab und Kosmetik- bzw. Taschentücher-Boxen komplett fehlten. Da sind wir etwas Anderes gewöhnt. • Die Couch-Lehne ist eingedrückt und hat viele Verschleißspuren. Das ist bestimmt nicht erst seit gestern so. • Vielleicht bringt der Eigentümerwechsel, der vor kurzem stattgefunden hat, Verbesserung

Sehr schöne FeWo für einen entspannten Cux-Aufenthalt

Sehr geräumige und sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo im OT Duhnen; genial ist der Strandkorb auf der Terrasse; einziges Manko waren die dicken Kopfkissen; Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen

Verbesserungswürdig

Wasserablauf in der Dusche war verstopft. Möbel (Sofa) usw. zum Teil defekt Ausstattungsmangel, keine Biergläser aber 12 Weingläser, Kaffeemaschine??? Terrasse ungepflegt, Terrassenmöbel waren sehr schmutzig, Trockenständer ist total verrostet. USW. Insgesamt kein guter Zustand! Der Preis ist für diese Wohnung zu hoch. Wir würden diese Wohnung nicht wieder buchen und auch nicht weiter empfehlen. A.G. u. M.G.
