Our 1-room apartment consisting of a combined living / sleeping room with a small kitchen area invites you to relax and unwind. As a place to sleep is a high quality cabinet bed, just as you find comfortable for two hours before Seesel and an area for taking meals. The modern bathroom has a shower / WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror. About 100 meters from the sandy beach in a quiet, centrally located, our 'oasis of relaxation'. Service is our number one priority! Would you like to be picked up from the train station? Need bicycles? Or should your fridge already be filled when you arrive? Maybe you need sometimes a few tips for a varied program !? For us, no problem, you beautify your holiday!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem wirklich liebevoll eingerichteten 1 Raum-Appartment sehr genossen. Es war alles für den Aufenthalt vorhanden. Kleine Küchenzeile, Badezimmer und ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Klappbett. Selbst für unsere Fahrräder gab es eine abschließbare Garage. Alles Top - auch das Wetter spielte mit.

Wir hatten es gut und schön vorgefunden. Alles liebevoll eingerichtet, zwar klein aber fein. Das Schrankbett stellte sich durchaus als bequem da und man konnte erstaunlicherweise gut darin schlafen. Sehr sauber war das ganze Appartement und die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es hat alles, was man bennötigt. Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig und doch ist man sehr schnell an der Promenade und am Strand :) Die Abwicklung ging auch super, es lief alles reibungslos. Ich konnte schon eher rein und auch beim Check out war kein Stress. Ich empfehle es sehr gerne weiter. :)

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment mit allem was man in einem Urlaub benötigt. Von Spiele bis Tupperdosen, alles ist vorhanden. Auch der Willkommensgruss hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zusammengefasst eine Blitzsaubere, keine Wünsche offen lassende Unterkunft die darüberhinaus noch eine super Lage hat. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind im der Strasse vorhanden.

Es ist ein sehr sauberes und stylisch eingerichtetes Apartment, das man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen kann. Auch über das Ehepaar Kratzenberg können wir uns nicht beklagen. Sie waren sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich.

Wir haben 6 Tage in einem tollen Appartement verbracht. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch einiges für die Grundversorgung war bereits vorhanden. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus uns sind sehr nett. Wir können die Adresse sehr gern empfehlen.

Das Objekt befindet sich sehr nah am Strand und ist doch schön ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und man hat sich gleich willkommen gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (Handtücher, Töpfe, Geschirr, Wasser- und Kaffeekocher etc). Alles war sehr sauber und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist nur weiterzuempfehlen!

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Familienwohnhaus in bester Lage zum Strand. Frau Kratzenberg und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich, die Unterkunft sauber und die Lage perfekt. Ich hatte eine schöne Zeit dort und konnte gut abschalten vom Alltag.

Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und sind abends immer gerne in das Appartement gekommen. Es ist bis ins kleinste Detail super schön eingerichtet und dekoriert.

Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden und haben ein paar schöne Tage genossen. Die Gastgeber stecken spürbar Herzblut in die Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre der zwar kleinen, aber sehr praktisch eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Die Vermieter waren freundlich, präsent und aufmerksam-besonders zum Jahreswechsel-ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt.

Klein, aber fein-das passt zu diesem Appartment. Sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieter. Tolle Lage, nur ein paar Minuten bis zum Strand. Eine Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke. Die Busse fahren recht häufig und sind in ca 15 Minuten in der Stadt. Diese Unterkunft würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und auch liebevoll dekoriert. Es ist an alles gedacht worden was man braucht. Das Bad gut ausgestattet und super sauber. Das Schrankbett ist bequem. Man kann den Strand schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Und auch ein Bäcker und ein Aldi ist fußläufig erreichbar . Es gibt nur einen Minuspunkt für die Hellhörigkeit von der darüberliegenden Wohnung. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen und die Vermieter, die auch in dem Haus wohnen, sind super freundlich.
