Gute Lage und alles, was man braucht

Gute und ruhige Lage in Duhnen. Plus Garage, was selten ist. Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Möbel sind allmählich überholungsbedürftig.... angeblich steht Renovierung mit Erneuerung aber auch kurz bevor. Dezember24 dort waren... nicht d besten

Schöner Urlaub in Cuxhaven

Eigentlich schönes Appartement. Toll die große Garage. Aber die durchgelegenen Matratzen gehen gar nicht. Mussten ausweichen auf die ebenfalls sehr veraltete Schlafcouch.Der Balkon-Tisch völlig verrostet.Warum wird seitens der Eigentümer nicht für neues und benutzbares Mobiliar gesorgt Mobidurchgerostet.

Die Wohnung ist nahezu perfekt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr großzügig. Nur der Spiegelschrank und der Duschkopf hängen zu hoch. Die Matratzen müssten jedoch ersetzt werden.

FeWo geeignet für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität

Auf eine Reklamation wegen eines Defekts am Geschirrspüler wurde sofort reagiert. Als kleines Extra durften wir sogar die Garage benutzen. Somit war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Duhnen jederzeit wieder

Duhnen immer wieder schön. Wohnung sehr gute Lage und mit Garage, Top ! Wohnung selber überholungsbedürftig, wirkt durch veraltetes Bad, altertümlich S-Zimmer( niedrige Höhe der Betten und sehr eklig mit Teppichboden ausgestattet) schmuddelig; habe nur im AHOI geduscht. Sonst: Küche sehr gut & W-Zimmer, könnte auch mit wenig besser ausgestattet werden. Biete mich gerne als Beraterin an, es ist nämlich eine sehr schöne Wohnung aus der mit Geschmack ein richtiges Kleinod gemacht werden kann.

Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt in Cuxhaven war sehr schön, vor allem, weil wir im Centrum gewohnt haben und unser Auto gar nicht benutzen brauchten. Das Haus, in dem wir wohnten, hatte kurzfristig am Dach eine Reparatur. Es wurde uns zwar eine andere Wohnung angeboten, die aber nicht vergleichbar war.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Die Küche ist modern. Allerdings ist das Bett schon etwas älter und dementsprechend durchgelegen. Hier wäre ein Austausch zu empfehlen.

Schöne Ambiente

Diese Wohnung können wir sehr gerne weiter empfehlen. Alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden. Wir hätten gerne neue Kopfkissen gehabt da die alten nur noch wenig Inhalt hatten. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gute FEWO mit Garage, komplett eingerichtet. Nach dritten Besuch: Am TV im Wohnzimmer wird ständig von Gästen rumgefummelt--> Prgrammwahl = Abenteuer.

Gute Ausgangslage

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Urlaubstage in dieser gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Pluspunkte: Unkomplizierter Kontakt zu Frau Möbius. Super, die kleine Kammer z.B. für Getränkevorräte usw. Geräumiger Kleiderschrank, in dem auch die Koffer Platz hatten. Große Garage mit automatischem Tor. Gute Lage nahe Zentrum, dennoch recht ruhig. Kleine Kritikpunkte: Staub im Geschirrschrank, die harte, knarzende Couch sowie ein Fernseher mit gelegentlichen Aussetzern. Fazit: Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und würden sie wieder buchen.

Schöne, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Ortskern und zum Strand. Auch mit kleinem Rollstuhl mit Hilfe gut machbar.
