"Excellent 2 day stay. Clean, very comfortable rooms. Breakfast on both days was very good with a great selection of food. Waiting staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately the female member of staff at the reception who booked us in and out appeared miserable and unhappy at her work! Perhaps she needs to work with the waiting staff for a while to learn more about customer service !! Overall an excellent hotel in a great location. "

"Hotel in general basic but catered for all our needs. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel room was lovely, kids thought it was amazing to have two floors and were in their element. Beds were super comfy. Location was also brilliant, soo close to everything. My only gripe was that the carpet hadn’t been hoovered properly and I could see long hairs all over the floor which certainly weren’t mine. Other than that the room was lovely and clean. "
