"Firstly the policy of cleaning your room every 3 days is unbelievable. I thought I was in India in a hostel. Not only is it 3 days you have to ask. Same if you want towels changed you have to ask. I stayed 6 days sheets never changed and I had to ask for room to be cleaned day before I left. Cleaning was make bed again with changing sheet. Change towels and empty bin. They say this is policy but they state it in no literature or add for this property. Don’t even tell you when you arrive. When you go down and ask when will my room be cleaned then they tell you but it’s excuse after excuse. I can understand how people stay there. At breakfast people complaining their kids had to sleep fully clothed as no real heating. You can’t control your own heating they control it. Most of the time blowing cold air. The heating system is so noisy you can hear it all night if they put you close to the main heating room on rack floor. Don’t expect to get early night if you are close to lift it’s so noisy on corridors. What was good, frosties were nice at breakfast. There are much better places with comparable price. It was recommended to me by someone who stays there for 1 night at a time when passing through. 1 night maybe 2 is maximum stay here"
