"Would not recommend! Did not even confirm our booking!"

"Another wonderful stay here! Perfect location and a very well appointed villa with everything you need throughout your stay. Outside area, garden and pool are simply perfect! Would recommend every time! "

"Third time at this lovely property which is well presented and homely. Has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We love the local area and go off exploring in the car every time we visit."

"The photos do not do this place justice! We had a great two weeks and couldn’t have asked for a better place to have stayed. Perfect for a family of 5. Wendy and Gerry were great hosts and made the experience smooth and stress free, the welcome pack on arrival was greatly appreciated as we arrived late at night and having coffee and milk and cereal and bread for the kids in the morning was a real treat. Thank you we will be back for sure."

"A peaceful home from home in PissouriWe have just returned from a wonderful stay at this villa and couldn’t recommend it more. From the moment we arrived it felt calm and peaceful, exactly the escape we needed. The garden is beautifully kept. The sitting areas, both inside and out, were lovely, giving us plenty of spots to relax whether we fancied sun or shade. The pool was just the perfect size for cooling off and unwinding. The villa itself was beautifully presented and clearly well looked...

"Lovely property, we really enjoyed our stay."

"We had a lovely stay at Villa Taki. It was clean and had a homely feel and the hosts were really nice.Very good location, easy walk into the village and a few nice places to eat and a 15 minute drive to the coast. Sitting in the garden or on the balcony looking at the beautiful view was so relaxing."

"Demi and Maria were both excellent hosts, the communication was very good, any issues were resolved straight away. The property itself is very nice and in the lovely peaceful and secluded location in the town of Kathikas. The main town iswithin walking distance with restaurants and bars present. I would highly recommend staying here. They even had all the essentials ready for you on arrival such as milk, bread, coffee etc. Thank you very much for making our visit so wonderful."

"Fantastic holiday home, the best we have stayed in! As it is a well loved holiday home every little thing is catered for, lots of utensils and homeware which is great when staying as a family - a home away from home. We enjoyed the shared pool and rooftop jacuzzi, and there is a lovely outside dining area which we loved. John was a great and accommodating host, would highly recommend 😀"

"Great communication from Tony the host who also extended our check out due to later flight.Great location in between archaeological sites, next to the beach and a lovely walk via the coast to the harbour.Lovely balcony and terrace with great views to relax on.Great time of year to go with the flowers in bloom and birds singing Great holiday , will definitely be back."

"The apartment was amazing. Very clean and right next to the pool. Would 100% stay here again"

"We have just returned from the most beautiful holiday at Sea Point Villas. The villa was beautiful, set in a quiet area but close enough to walk to the beach, a couple of restaurants and a shop for necessities. Hiring a car is a good idea for getting a bigger food shop and Phillipos supermarket was a short drive away and had everything you could imagine. Lovely fresh food! Andreas and Tina were AMAZING and we could not have asked for friendlier, more helpful hosts! They were on hand at the drop...

"Perfect- nobody could ask for more. Thanks"

"Quiet location,"

"We had a great time in the flat. It was clean, very well equipped, and we could reach the hosts quickly if we needed anything. The surroundings are also great (you don't feel like you're in a tourist area, it is a normal residential neighborhood) and you can get to the city and the sea by foot."

"Clean good location straight to beach close to important areas"
