"Room was filthy. Area is really unsafe. This hotel is listed as a 3 stars but is not even worth a 1 star. This hotel should not be listed on any website. The washroom was dirty, the dirty drain water from the sink was going directly on the floor, there was no separation between the toilet and the shower, there was no hot water, the water from the shower was leaking out to the room floor, the door lock was broken. "My room was comfortable but there was no air conditioning in the room I’m temperature 35 C. Apparently valves were closed or choked. Bathroom was very outdated, no towels in the bathroom or bathrobe. I was not expecting poor maintenance in Karachi PC with the amount it cost us £106 par night. I had to request towels, I requested to fix the air conditioning. We were informed that there’s a leakage and it will take half an hour to fix. So much disturbance in the room whilst they were inspecting the air conditioning, we had to leave the room to go out to eat. Not happy! Very disappointed stay."
