"This was really nice area and it was very quiet. The cabin was cute and you had a lot of space. There are other cabins there but you have a lot of space separating yours from others. The place was very clean. Had all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend staying there and would stay again."

"It was horrible! Don't trust the online pics or the list of amenities they supposedly have. Cabins are the worst, we rented 5 in our group for a family reunion & all were horrible. We all ended up staying at a ranch half hour away & losing our paid reservation but they really could care less!The getaway cabin which was supposed to be nice, had sewer problems & the smell was gaging! They will tell you its the well water to just run hot water & not only does this not work, you end up with cold...

"The cabin is in need of repair. High speed internet was not true we could never get anything on the Dish tv to work The cooker was rusted, grill didn’t fit. The furniture on the back porch was rusted so we set in camper chairs we bought. The front door deadbolt didn’t work. "We had such a wonderful stay, made even better by the property owners!They were available for questions and when my Uncle arrived first, apparently chatty - he found their company so welcoming. The cabin had a little swing out front that the kids loved. We loved the pool and the commercial kitchen adjoining it - we are thinking birthday celebrations u der the Pavillion next year! Wonderful stay. "

"Cabin was nice & updated. The property was nice with the pool & in close proximity to all that Concan & river have to offer. Only 4 stars on cleanliness because it seems some small things were missed on cleanup before our checkin, but nothing big & easily wiped down by us. Owners were very nice & attentive. Overall, great stay & would definitely recommend & use in the future."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a 60th b-day!! Close enough to the river but far enough so that you are not in the crowds. Property was clean and well maintained except for the broken dishwasher so we needed to hand wash everything. Pool/outdoor are was our best friend for the Texas heat!!"
