"At check in we were told that there was no room for us. The reason was that the rooms had not been cleaned that day. After review they were able to find a room. Not sure if it had actually been cleaned or just straightened up.
The person behind was was turned away because their room was not cleaned
We did not get the room we booked with the number of beds requested but at least there was a room."

"The room was musky and dirty. The air conditioning unit was off so it took a while for the room to get to a relatively comfortable condition. The shower walls had dirty hand marks on them. The towels were yellowish instead of white.
Just a poor experience, will never stay there again."
