An amazing experience

We stayed 4 nights in their deluxe room on the top floor, and it was amazing. Beautiful view over the city and mointains, had our own balcony, beautiful room, and a big bathroom. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Everyone was super attentive and happy to have us as guests! The room was beautiful with panoramic view of the lake and other important sights! Though breakfast was limited in choices, it was served with the greatest of care! I would not hesitate to book with Cat Tuong again. I personally thank the staff for their outstanding service!

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The view from the dining area was beautiful. However, the room wasn’t well soundproofed — I could hear the elevator all night and people talking. Also, the curtains didn’t block out the light very well.

Cat Tuong Hotel is clean & pretty new. We have morning menu breakfast at top floor of the hotel with an amazing view of the City and Lake. Staff are always around and attentive to our needs.They are very friendly and helpful during our stay from 22 to 25 June 2024.

Great hotel, great service + extra help

Great hotel, everything is new. One day before leaving (at night), I dropped my credit card in the space between the floor and the elevator. The owner helped me a lot with getting the elevator company there asap. Only thing that could improve is the ringing of the elevator. You can here it on all levels through the building. Other than that, perfect stay.

I am glad that I booked this beautiful hotel, the view so good. Staff were very helpful and so nice. Definitely will comeback again and again. My noticed that they are building an other one next to it. So it’s will be better with the new one coming.

We had a wonderful stay at Cat Tuong Hotel in Da Lat! The location was perfect, it close to all the main attractions, cafés, and restaurants, which made exploring the city really easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even arranged a driver for us who took us to all the popular tourist spots around Da Lat, which made our trip so convenient and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Da Lat!

Hyggelig opphold, men forbedringspotensiale.

Veldig hyggelig og serviceminded personal. God frokost, men savnet kaffe. Sengene for harde, og lys inn i soverommet via vindu fra badet tidlig på morgenen. Ikke lys ved sengen så en må stå opp og slå på lyset via hovedbryteren. Alt dette burde det være en enkel oppgave for eieren å fixe. Ok prisen tatt i betraktning; value for money.
