The location was great. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were small but had good storage space.The bed was very comfortable. The cleanliness could be a little bit better but it was very inexpensive and right in the city center.

The staff was very kind. We initially had two separate rooms. When we asked if we could have one large family room, the manager was very accommodating. We will definitely return to this hotel if we ever visit Da Lat again.

The hotel is beautiful and grand, featuring spacious, spotless, and fully-equipped rooms that actually exceeded my expectations compared to many other places I've stayed. What impressed me the most was the reception lobby, which is beautifully designed with lush greenery, creating a very natural and relaxing atmosphere. The facilities are excellent, including a breakfast buffet and a compact gym that is perfect for travelers looking for a basic workout. However, the biggest highlight has to be the reception team. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to give us detailed recommendations on the best sightseeing spots and authentic local eateries in Da Lat. Since I took a long-distance sleeper bus from Ho Chi Minh City and arrived quite exhausted, they were extremely flexible and helpful in arranging an early check-in for me so quickly without any long wait. I am completely satisfied with this experience and will definitely come back!

Everything was nice, but what really made a difference was how friendly and professional the staff were. Special shoutout to Mr. Phuc at the front desk – you saved us more than once. My say at the nature, Hotel has been one of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. Every aspect of the hotel is relaxing, i.e., the scenery, the furnishings interior decorating. It is also located near a number of excellent restaurants and around the corner from Crazy House which is a must say

When I came to hotel, I had to wait 30 mins more for check in and then was informed that the room I booked was full. I was offered to take another one but it was so hot at daytime and the hotel runned out of fan.
