Incredible staff, and a great hotel. Well worth the money. We were there during the flood and the staff were incredibly helpful and because of them, we enjoyed our stay despite the significant flooding outside. They were extremely attentive and helpful.

A fabulous place for a group of 11 to stay. Lovely rooms, amazing staff and service, great pool, close to old town but out of nighttime noise. Fab spring rolls at the locals restaurant next door. Loved our stay and cant wait to come back!

The Cozy An Boutique Hotel Hoian was a wonderful boutique hotel. The River View room was awesome and had a great view of the river both during the day & at night to see the boat and lanterns. The best part of my stay was the wonderful and helpful staff. The staff was incredible at every point of my stay. The Spa was also super inexpensive and wonderful. Anr only a 10 minute walk to Town and the Night Market. A++++ experience.

This is a fabulous property. Clean and stylish, the common areas are welcoming and provide comfortable furnishings to relax and enjoy your visit. Really nice fun clean property that's right by the water and a short walk away from the heart of the old town. The whole experience was absolutely spot on, from the check in, to the rooms, to the breakfast that we enjoyed every morning and the amenities including the pool and the free bikes. Just loved this place, check it out and if it's available just book it.
