The staff were great they are very helpful. Only have one complaint on my room, the lock when you enter the room was sometimes not easy to open. You have to try it several times before it will open. I think it needs to be replaced. Other than that, we had an amazing time. We spent a lot of time on the beach which is just across the street.

The staff was excellent. They were so helpful during our 8 night stay. The value was also excellent. A few things kept me from giving the Parcel a 5 star review. 1st the pool tiles needed to scrubbed, 2nd the carpets in the elevators were filthy and should be replaced regularly. Besides those concerns we had a great stay.

Beach view was amazing! The reception staff were very friendly and accomodating. Our room was old and needs some work - water damage in entrance, bathroom floods when shower used. Breakfast was good with lots of choices however so many table and chairs are cramped in its hard to move around. Okay for families - wouldn’t recommend for couples or friends holiday

The view from my room balcony was incredible. Full beach view. Beds were comfortable and rooms a good size, not small. Bathroom was big. Tub/shower was a 2 foot height to climb into to shower, could be hard for elderly persons. The breakfast buffet included was a large and great selection of food. Pool area was nice and seperate area for children. Walking distance to many restaurants. Would highly recommend.
