Definitely stay here!!!!

Unbelievable stay! The grounds our impeccable, the landscaping, the proximity to basically a private beach. Lisa was our personal assistant was the most attentive and extremely helpful. There was nothing that we could not get assistance with at anytime. Our villa was incredible. Sysyed in room 214 with direct access to the beach and private pool. I would recommend staying here.

Amazing facility and accommodating staff. Jennie went about and beyond with our requests. And Toan always greeted us with smiles. Definitely recommend Breakfast buffet was amazing. Bar has good food and the seafood restaurant has a great atmosphere. Easy access to the beach from the main pool

If you are looking for a quiet getaway with modern facilities, look no further. With the beach 1 minute away from our villa , choosing to use the private pool or beach becomes a tough choice. Mr Nanh was attached to our family the whole stay , it was definitely much more enjoyable with his help !

It was our second visit in Premier Village. I was not sure what brought us back here But as soon as we arrived, We realized what it was. It was just so convenient to communicate with the villa manager and all the inquiries and requirements were handled through the single channel which was very nice. The villa manager Kay was responsive and prompt. Buggy drivers were very friendly too. However, the dining options and breakfast could be a lot more Improved.

Not a 5 star experience. We pay a lot for comfort and didn’t receive it. The AC in our bedroom didn’t work. We called for maintenance and they checked it, but we’re unable to fix it. It was so hot and very difficult to sleep at night. Our pool lights were also broken. We asked those to be fixed so we could relax and swim at night. They said they would fix but never did. We ordered cocktails at the pool and took them back to our room. 30 minutes later we had a staff member knocking on our door saying they needed the glass back. We didn’t even get to finish our drinks. It’s a beautiful hotel, but poorly maintained and poor service. I did not feel happy.

Better check your room carefully before check-in

General service is good. Front line staff, including drivers and safe guards are all friendly and helpful. We loved to chat with them. Gardening and environment is well-maintained with tropical and exotic Vietnam vibes. Direct connection with the beach is charming and romantic. However our villa showed multiple malfunction when we moved in. TV was not available in all rooms. Took them 1 day to fix it. Pool lights were broken, fixed in the other day and then broken again. One of the water heaters was not working as the circuit was broken by the fuse. Our impression towards the hotel was kinda ruined by these details. While they should maintain or check the villa facility before clients' check-in. In stead, these checking/fixing/communication became the first activity of our Danang vacation. Definitely cooling down your mood. Lastly, their water heater was disappointing. After turning on the water heater for a while, you could enjoy 10min of warm water shower. Then it would be cool shower time. I did not understand why there is a bath tub.

This is our second time staying at a Premier Village. Each location was excellent. From the villas, to the property and grounds. The beach in Da Nang was beautiful and the water clean, crystal clear and surprisingly warm. The breakfast at Lemongrass was great and provide a lot of variety. The villa was excellent, quiet, and the private pool provided a great place to wind down or cool off while at the room.

初日、床がザラザラだった。アメニティが不十分。コンディショナーやボディクリーム等が必要。 前回は、フルーツのサービスがあったのに、今回はなかったし、両親の結婚記念日だと伝えてあったが、サービスも何もなく残念。 カートのドライバーやポーターは、とても親切で良かった。 部屋付きの担当者は、予約等の対応は迅速にしてくれた。 全体的に前回の方が良かった。期待値が大き過ぎたと思っているが、立地やホテルの施設には満足。
