"Amazing hotel with a washing machine inside each room. Honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed within Vietnam. The receptionist was kind of rude when I checked in though. I was served tap water (which I politely declined) when I checked it, and she served the next family some sort of fancy red tea. Check in was delayed by around 10 minutes as well. Everything else was great."

"Our villa was only a 2 minute walk from the beach. It was very spacious for my family of 6. We woke up to see the sun rise and we played volleyball at the beach. Then we chilled in the pool after long days seeing the sightseeing. Lisa and Phuong were so kind and helpful. The only negative is that the facilities were closed because mamagement changed. And having to take buggies to and from the entry gate was a little inconvenient but the staff did their best."

"We arrived before 2 pm hoping for a chance to check in early. The front staff kept asking us to sit down and help ourselves to water. This took place for about 15 minutes only to tell us that our check time was 2 pm. We were fine with the noted 2 pm check in time but would've preferred they told us when we first arrived as opposed to trying to buy time. The space was clean and worked for us for the time that we were there and it was perfectly located. We did wish that the pool was not...

"I had to stay here with my kids for 1 night, while my house was getting assistance. We really enjoyed ourselves. It's 1 block over from the beach, also surrounded by restaurants. There is also a quick mart store a block down, absolutely everything you need in that area. The staff were amazing, the room was amazing as well. And the bed was so comfortable. They offer breakfast 6am to 10am, there is a bar and pool and also a restaurant. This building is truly beautiful. Thank you so much for the hospitality!"

"We had a pleasant stay at TMS Hotel. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and very helpful throughout our visit. We stayed on the 17th floor and enjoyed a beautiful ocean view, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The only downsides we noticed were the outside noise at night, which could be heard even from the 17th floor, and the elevated deep bathtub, which was a bit difficult to get in and out of. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great service and breakfast buffet!"

"Good location right on beach. Lovely infinity pool on rooftop, beautiful view of the beach below. Rooms were adequately sized with all the amenities required for a short stay. My room has a planter above with the beautiful Beach naupaka plant hanging from above makes lovely viewing out the windows, though cleaning could have been better. There was a plaster stuck on the floor. Rate came with buffet breakfast with an egg and noodle station which was great cos I love hot food. No Vietnamese coffee on offer though. Hotel also provides complimentary afternoon tea and water and coke in the room which is a nice touch. Getting a late check out was kind of impossible with the hotel, but I still had a great stay at the M Hotel. Overall great value for price paid."
