I don't understand why they put us on that floor, near that room, when the hotel was not at all at full capacity. The breakfast was OK. I will not stay at this hotel again. Calling this a 5* hotel is ridiculous."

"Wonderful stay, incredible staff! Had a wonderful stay at Boho Budapest. The bed was super comfy and the room was spotless - exactly what you want after a day of exploring. Best of all was the staff. Budapest had an early arrival of warm weather and our air con wasn’t coping. The team went above and beyond to rectify the situation for us. Special shoutout to Oliver who sorted us two rooms with proper air con at 2am so we could actually get a good night’s sleep. That level of service is rare and much appreciated."
