From the doormen and bellboys who greeted us upon arrival, to the reception team, Guest Relations Managers, and restaurant waitresses, everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. The staff were well trained and spoke very good English, which made communication easy and allowed us to receive any service or assistance we needed without difficulty. Their warm hospitality and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable."
